Private Events at the Barn
Includes use of lawn area around the pond, lawn area left of Barn A, Gardens, Viewpoint, large grass area for parking, ultra-fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi, small prep kitchen, and loft. There are also highly reduced rates for small business meetings, large discounts for non-profit organizations and even pricing for small outdoor gatherings!

*Our standard wedding rental rate is $1,600 per day to ensure the event can be a leisurely experience with plenty of time to decorate, visit with relatives and friends, and enjoy magical Whidbey Island. Weddings cannot be billed at half-day or hourly rates.
A naturally beautiful and rustic location for your wedding ceremony and reception.
The Greenbank Farm is a unique place for your wedding ceremony and/or reception. The Farm sits at the center-point of Whidbey Island, offering vistas of open farmland, the waterways bordering the Island, and the Olympic and Cascade Mountain Ranges. It overlooks marshlands teeming with wildlife, accompanied by a view of the Saratoga Passage.
Our historic barn comfortably hosts approximately 150 people for sit-down or buffet reception dinners. The main floor of the barn and loft provide space for sit-down dinners, less formal appetizer or dessert receptions, dancing and for indoor ceremonies in the event of inclement weather. The barn loft often doubles as a spacious dressing area for the bride and her ladies early in the day, followed by dancing in the evening. A small pond and garden sit to the side of the Barn add to the beauty of the moment. Fiber Optic Wi-Fi is included as well as spacious parking in our grass lot…all included to maximize your experience and make it as easy as possible for you to focus on your special day.
Private Events on the Lawn
$45 per hour
Under 20 people, max 12′ x 12′ canopy, no utilities available. No live or amplified music or sound, location dependent on booked events.
Business Meetings at the Barn
$50 per hour
Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM only
Must be less than 40 people, non-catered services, non-event, private meeting only.

Food Trucks at Greenbank Farm
Food truck vendors interested in renting a pop-up space for a one-day event may contact the farm to inquire about opportunities. Outdoor food truck vendors will receive a 10’ x 30’ space in the main field across from the historic barn A (event barn) from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Cost for 10’ x 30’ space:
•$50 for one day without water, Wi-Fi or electricity
•$75 to include water (fill only no connection), Wi-Fi and electricity
