Host Your Event at Greenbank Farm!

Greenbank Farm, located centrally on beautiful Whidbey Island, has a number of facilities and lands available to rent for public or private events. Whether a party in the barn, an outdoor festival in our fields, or just some extra parking for an event elsewhere, we have you covered.

Barn A Private Events

Includes use of lawn area around the pond, lawn area left of Barn A, Gardens, Viewpoint, large grass area for parking, ultra-fast fiber-optic Wi-Fi, small prep kitchen, and loft. There are also highly reduced rates for small business meetings, large discounts for non-profit organizations and even pricing for small outdoor gatherings!

Weekdays: $75 / Hour $400 / Half Day $800 / All Day
Friday Night (5-10 PM): $500 / Half Day $1600 / All Day
Saturday or Sunday: $150 / Hour $800 / Half Day $1600 / All Day
Saturday & Sunday: $2700 / All Day
Friday, Saturday, & Sunday: $4300

Barn A

Sales Event: $75 / Hour $350 / Half Day $600 / All Day
Concert (no charge):  $75 / Hour $350 / Half Day $600 / All Day
Concert w/ admission fee $125 / Hour $600 / Half Day $1100 / All Day

Parking Lots


Wonn Road Triangle: $40 / Hour $200 / Half Day $400 / All Day
Main Parking Lot (South):  $40 / Hour $200 / Half Day $400 / All Day


A 50% discount on the above published rates may be billed to non-profit organizations with proof of certificate, i.e. 501(c)3.

Business Meetings Historic Barn

$50 per hour

Monday – Friday 8 AM – 5 PM only

Must be less than 40 people, non-catered services, non-event, private meeting only


Private Lawn Event (Other than parking lots)

$45 per hour

Under 20 people, max 12′ x 12′ canopy, no utilities available

No live or amplified music or sound, location dependent on booked events

Food Trucks at Greenbank Farm

Food truck vendors interested in renting a pop-up space for a one-day event may contact the farm to inquire about opportunities. Outdoor food truck vendors will receive a 10’ x 30’ space in the main field across from the historic barn A (event barn) from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Cost for 10’ x 30’ space:
•$50 for one day without water, Wi-Fi or electricity
•$75 to include water (fill only no connection), Wi-Fi and electricity
