Proposals will be received by the Port of Coupeville, located at 765 Wonn Rd, Suite E, Jim Davis House, Greenbank Farm, WA 98253 or by email to projectmanager@portofcoupeville.org until 3 PM, November 2, 2023, for Engineering Plans for the Septic Tank Design for the Historic Coupeville Wharf.
The Port of Coupeville is seeking proposals for engineering work from interested parties for creating plans for upgraded septic tank design for the Historic Coupeville Wharf located in Coupeville, Washington.
- Heat trace to tank and pipes
- Remove and replace the septic tank with a new, larger septic tank and add ventilation.
- Grease trap moved to new location and added ventilation.
